Yerington Pit, NV

Our Yerington Pit located just south of Mason at 435 Hwy 339 is another Cinderlite location. This quarry produces various washed products and aggregates. We also have a decorative landscape yard open to the public.

Black and Red Cinder Pit

Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm

Black and Red Cinder Pits in Carson City produce decorative rocks and sands used in various applications. This pit also produces de-icing cinders used by both NDOT and CalTrans for winter road conditions. Baseball fields around the area have also used our infield baseball mix made from our red sand.

Silver Springs Pit in Silver Springs Nevada produces sand, base drain rocks and rip rap materials. These materials have also been used on the Carson Bypass, I580 extension, shoulder material for NDOT and in landscape and driveways around the surrounding areas.

Topsoil Recycle Yard

Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 3:30pm

Cinderlite's Topsoil/Recycle yard located on boeing way is our location to dump excess dirt, rock, and concrete. We also sell our recycled products out of this pit including recycled base, asphalt grindings, and various topsoils. Visit the Recycle Yard page for more details.

The Airport Pit is located on the eastern side of the Carson City airport and is the source for larger rip-rap products and decorative boulders.
